Kulp Lights K4-PB Pixel Controller (with PocketBeagle)

The K4-PB from Kulp Lights is a compact pixel controller designed to drive WS2811-based pixel displays in space-constrained installations. This package includes a PocketBeagle and a preloaded SD card, providing a ready-to-use controller platform.

Pixel outputs

• Local outputs:
  • 4 fused pixel string ports
  • Individual fuse and LED indicator per port
  • Each port supports 800+ pixels at 40 FPS (with power injection)

Serial output

• 3-pin UART header
• Supports DMX, PixelNet, Renard, and LOR protocols

Power

• Powered from the same supply as the pixels
• Manual jumper selection for 5V or 12V operation
• Jumpers are factory-set to 12V
• Jumper change is required only when using a 5V power supply
