Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only.
All orders ship from Quebec, Canada.

Local pickup (Pointe-Claire, QC)

✅ Available for all orders and all products

  • Pickup location: Pointe-Claire, Quebec

  • This option is available at checkout

  • Pickup instructions and timing will be provided after your order is placed

Local pickup is the best option for saving on shipping, especially for large or oversize items.

Order processing, availability & presale items

Light Show Factory offers both in-stock items and presale or made-to-order products.

In-stock items

Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day after payment is received.

Made-to-order items

Some products are assembled, prepared, or finished after purchase (for example: cut coro props, custom controller builds, or show kits). These items may require additional processing time before shipping.

Processing time for made-to-order or backordered items may take up to 2 weeks.

If an order contains a mix of in-stock and made-to-order items, the order may ship together once all items are ready.

Presale items

Some products are offered through presale and are clearly identified as such on their product pages.

Presale items are manufactured to order and ship within the estimated shipping window stated on the product page. These timelines may differ significantly from standard in-stock shipping times.

Presale orders ship as part of a consolidated presale shipment and are not eligible for expedited or standard in-stock delivery timelines.

Shipping categories

Because light show products vary greatly in size and shape, shipping is handled in two categories:

1. Standard Products

(Pixels, controllers, wiring, extensions, power supplies, accessories)

These items ship in standard cartons.

Flat-rate shipping (orders under $1,000 CAD)

  • Quebec: $12

  • Ontario: $18

  • Prairies (MB / SK / AB): $22

  • British Columbia: $25

  • Atlantic Canada: $22

Free shipping

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $1,000 CAD or more

  • Applies to Standard Products only

  • Automatically applied at checkout

2. Oversize Products (Coro Props)

Coro props ship flat and are billed based on size rather than weight.

Oversize flat shipping fees

Standard shipping rates apply to flat coroplast props that fit within a 36 in × 24 in × 3 in shipping box.
If your order exceeds these packaging dimensions, Oversize shipping rates will automatically apply based on your region.

  • Quebec: $20

  • Ontario: $30

  • Prairies: $40

  • British Columbia: $45

  • Atlantic Canada: $40

Important notes

  • Oversize items are not eligible for free shipping

  • Shipping fees are shown at checkout

  • Orders containing multiple or large oversize items may require a shipping review

Mixed carts (Standard + Oversize)

If an order contains any oversize (coro) item, oversize shipping rules apply to the order.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has shipped.

Typical transit times are:

  • Quebec & Ontario: 1–3 business days

  • Prairies: 3–5 business days

  • British Columbia & Atlantic Canada: 4–7 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.

Carriers & delivery

We ship using a mix of Canadian carriers, including UPS, GLS, and others, depending on destination and package size.

  • Tracking is provided on all shipped orders

  • No handling or packing fees

  • Signature is not required unless necessary
