RJ45 Network Pass-Through Gland

These RJ45 network pass-through glands provide a clean and weather-resistant connection point for Ethernet and other RJ45-based connections entering or exiting a controller enclosure.

Designed for outdoor light show installations, they allow network connections to be made at the exterior of the enclosure without having to route a complete Ethernet cable through a standard cable gland. Each version includes a protective screw-on dust cover for the external RJ45 connection when not in use.

Three configurations are available to accommodate different enclosure layouts: straight, 90°, or with an attached internal cable.

Available configurations

• Straight — RJ45 female connection on both sides; requires a separate internal Cat5/Cat6 patch cable
• 90° — Right-angle design for installations where enclosure space or cable routing is limited; requires a separate internal Cat5/Cat6 patch cable
• Attached Cable — External RJ45 pass-through with an integrated 20 cm (7.9") network cable for direct connection to your controller or other equipment

Installation

Install the pass-through gland through a properly sized hole in the enclosure and secure it using the locking nut from the inside.

For the Straight and 90° versions, connect a separate Cat5/Cat6 patch cable between the internal RJ45 connector and your controller or other network equipment.

The Attached Cable version includes the internal cable, allowing it to connect directly to your equipment without requiring a separate patch cable.
